KIN Loyalty & Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the INIKA Organic Rewards Program (“Program”), operated by Total Beauty Network USA, Inc. trading as INIKA Organic (“INIKA Organic,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By enrolling or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Membership

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of the United States of America.
To participate, customers must create an account at www.us.inikaorganic.com
. Membership is free, and only one account per person is permitted.

2. Earning Points

Points are earned on eligible purchases made through the INIKA Organic U.S. online store. Points may also be earned by completing designated activities such as creating an account, referring a friend, writing a product review, or following INIKA Organic on social media (activities may change from time to time).

Points are not earned on clearance or sale items, shipping fees, gift cards, or applicable taxes.
INIKA Organic reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or reverse points if they were incorrectly issued or obtained through fraudulent or improper means.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases at checkout on the INIKA Organic website. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.
Redemption is subject to availability and exclusions as determined by INIKA Organic from time to time.

4. Tiers

The Program includes three tiers: Kind, Kinder, and Kindest.
Tier status is determined by your eligible spend within a 12-month period and may unlock additional benefits.
Tier thresholds and benefits are set by INIKA Organic and may be updated at our discretion.

5. Expiration of Points

Points generally expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed.
Before expiry, INIKA Organic will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., by email) so that you have an opportunity to redeem your points.
Expired points will be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

INIKA Organic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have:

Breached these Terms & Conditions,

Misused the Program, or

Engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

“Misuse” includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or attempting to manipulate point earning or redemption.

If your account is terminated, all accrued points and rewards will be forfeited. INIKA Organic will provide reasonable notice where possible, unless termination is due to fraud or unlawful activity.

7. Changes to the Program

INIKA Organic may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (including its structure, benefits, or tiers) by providing reasonable prior notice (at least 30 days for material changes) via our website or by email.
If the Program is terminated, you will have at least 30 days to redeem any outstanding points.

8. Limitation of Liability

INIKA Organic is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or failures related to the Program.
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, INIKA Organic disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Privacy & Data Use

By participating in the Program, you consent to INIKA Organic collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include using your information to administer the Program, communicate about rewards and offers, and personalize your experience.

We handle your data in accordance with U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
