We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are usually processed the following business day. 

Delivery and processing times may be longer than normal during peak periods such as sales times, Christmas, and Black Friday. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak times.

Please note: If your order is shipped from our warehouse to an international address, goods may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are payable in your country before delivery can be made.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the country. Please check with your local government authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Packages undeliverable by any carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse, minus delivery charges.
