1. Start by lightly dipping the tip of the brush into your desired eyeshadow pan.
2. Once the top of the brush is coated hold the brush in the crease of your eye above the lid, starting on the outer edge of the eye.
3. Using windshield wiper motions, go back and forth through the crease of your eye until the product has been evenly blended around your eye.
